Units range from 1,200 to 6,000 SQ FT, with the flexibility to expand into adjacent spaces as your business grows.

Ronald and Agnes Newdoll recognized the potential for a different kind of technology space. Starting with a single 14,000 SQ FT building, they laid the foundation for what would become a premier technology campus built on community and innovation.
