At Edison Technology Park, we offer 24/7 emergency phone assistance, and provide onsite staff during working hours. Imagine having access to an on site General Contractor, tenant space design assistance, and access to our on site staff for any of your tenant needs. There is no job too large or too small that we cannot assist with. Whether it be a complete unit build out, or assistance with daily tasks like furniture assembly, hanging artwork, delivery off load with our on site forklift, or any other tenant needs, we are only a phone call away.

Emergency Generator

Solar Power System
Nearly 100% of the electrical energy used by our tenants is supplied by the sun through our state-of-the-art solar system with over 2,300 panels producing 394,000 watts of peak power.
